- ➤ Idaho lawmakers say Utah's plan to impose an export tax on fuel could raise prices by 25 cents per gallon for local consumers. The joint memorial opposing the tax is set for debate as officials look for a diplomatic solution. Local News 8

- ➤ BYUI closed SnowFest last Saturday with a basketball game between faculty and students at the John W. Hart gym starting at 6 p.m. Presale tickets were $3, $5 at the door, and the first 300 fans received an exclusive t-shirt while students competed for a tuition scholarship. BYU-Idaho Scroll
- ➤ BYUI students celebrated BYU's win over Utah in the Holy War using a 91+78 score last weekend while hosting a lively watch party at the Crossroads, where prizes and free BYUI merch were handed out. Freshman AJ Dybantsa broke the record for most points by a freshman. BYU-Idaho Scroll
