- ➤ A proposed Idaho bill would cut cosmetology training from 1,600 to 1,000 hours and apprenticeship from 3,200 to 2,000, spurring concern from local salon instructors. - ➤ Lower-than-average snowfall this winter has shortened the season at Kelly Canyon for many BYUI students, leading some to adjust plans or travel farther for good powder.
