- ➤ Neal Ard retired in November 2025 after a 32-year career at the postal service and now he and his wife Beverly face serious health and financial challenges; a GoFundMe campaign launched by the Rexburg Post Office has raised $6,842 of an $8,000 goal to support them. East Idaho News

- ➤ Two BYUI students launched Guilty Pleasure, a hot cocoa business operating out of a trailer since November 2025. They plan to expand the menu and host events this summer (the trailer usually parks across from Cafe Rio). BYU-Idaho Scroll
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Friends of Camas National Wildlife Refuge will host a free, family-friendly Come to Roost event on Feb. 21 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Refuge Headquarters (2150 E. 2350 North in Homer), where visitors can watch bald eagles roost and enjoy hot drinks and light refreshments. East Idaho News
