➤ During his State of the City address, Mayor Merrill announced new businesses including WinCo, Home Depot and Olive Garden + Rexburg’s skybridge; the city will start a park along the Teton River and host a Future and Founder's Day celebration on Mar. 14 at the old Madison Junior High Building. HEALTH NEWS

➤ Her Fit opened in June 2025 in Rexburg at 230 North 2nd East and is the only 24/7 women’s-only gym available locally — offering machines, trainers, a sauna, and tanning booth. It now serves about 250 members and plans future group fitness and daycare sessions. East Idaho News
