- ➤ Jay (John G. Mills IV), a 23-year-old biology major at BYU-Idaho, died on Saturday, March 21 at 9:45 a.m. on US 91 near Preston when his vehicle rolled over after the driver overcorrected; the driver was taken to a local hospital. East Idaho News
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Local health officials reported a rise in HIV diagnoses in eastern and southeastern Idaho + they plan to boost testing and outreach efforts in the coming weeks to help residents stay informed. Rexburg Standard Journal
