- ➤ Flo Rida, Gabriel Iglesias and Nate Smith will headline the upcoming Eastern Idaho State Fair in Blackfoot — a patriotic event for the community. The fair will offer local audiences a chance to experience shared pride and tradition. Rexburg Standard Journal
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ The Altura Community Consulting and Business Finance Center received a $500,000 grant to cover costs for a second building (designed to serve local business needs) and is now planning early construction steps. Rexburg Standard Journal
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Local law enforcement and community volunteers will host a digital safety workshop on Saturday, Apr. 25 at Madison Junior High from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. to help parents spot online risks. The event is led by SAFE (Safety, Awareness, Freedom, and Education), founded by the Colemans. Local News 8
- ➤ Madison Junior High’s orchestra performed at Lincoln Center on Sunday, Apr. 12, where the students earned a standing ovation & toured landmarks like the Statue of Liberty and 9/11 Memorial.
