➤ A new commemorative album marks the 50th anniversary of the 1976 Teton flood with 17 tracks, including a song that recalls how Roberts (a small town near Rexburg) was overlooked during the disaster. Mayor BJ Berlin says local memories come alive as residents remember Elaine Robinson’s efforts to help those stranded. East Idaho News

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

➤ Idaho Fish and Game and the Henrys Lake Foundation launched a study to improve the survival of hatchery-raised hybrid trout in Henrys Lake. The project compared fish released through stocking with about 19,000 larger juveniles released on May 4, and biologists will assess differences in coming years. East Idaho News
