➤ The Idaho Centennial Carousel opened for the summer season today in Rexburg and will operate Monday to Saturday from noon to 7 p.m. until Labor Day with rides costing $2 and free admission for accompanying adults. Local News 8

➤ BYU-Idaho saw a 1.6% rise in spring enrollment as total students reached 17,326, with on-campus numbers increasing 2.3% and online courses falling slightly; the report noted that some students delayed college for religious missions. East Idaho News
