The Goodsell family of Rexburg raised more than double their $2,500 goal on GoFundMe to replace a special hiking chair stolen in March, helping their 8-year-old daughter enjoy outdoors.

They used the new chair at Beaver Dick Park last weekend and plan to explore Cress Creek and Jenny Lake soon.

BYU-Idaho will host a free watch party for the Tabernacle Choir's Songs of Hope concert broadcast on June 26 at BYUI Stadium (with food trucks, games, and the first 2,500 attendees receiving vouchers) as part of the choir's worldwide tour featuring guest performers and remarks from Derrick Porter.

Bank of Commerce has named Jason James + an experienced local leader as the new branch manager at Rexburg South, a move that strengthens the bank’s focus on community service.

BYUI's ecclesiastical endorsement process changes take effect July 1.

Students renewing endorsements 90 days early (meeting only with their bishop) avoid additional meetings, but those renewing late must meet with both their bishop and stake president.
