  • The Madison County Fair will run from Aug. 13-17 at the Madison County Fairgrounds with $2 admission and free lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.—the fair includes a Mullet Contest on Aug. 15, GVGRA Barrel Races on Aug. 14, Crazy 8 Races on Aug. 15, and Arenacross Nationals Tour on Aug. 16 with daily events from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.  BYU-Idaho Scroll

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • At about 4 p.m. Thursday, a train in Rexburg collided with a motorhome towing a passenger vehicle at the intersection of 5th West and Yellowstone - the impact separated the motorhome from the trailer and caused significant damage to both vehicles, though no one was injured.  BYU-Idaho Scroll
