- ➤ On Thursday afternoon around 3:30 p.m., a multi-vehicle crash on I-15 near Blackfoot blocked traffic for over two hours after a Rexburg driver's red Toyota Avalon hydroplaned into a median barrier and was struck by a Dodge Ram 3500 pulling an RV—pushing his car into a semi and sending him to the hospital.
