At the Eastern Idaho State Fair, The Chop and Crab Shack serves a Crabby Patty Melt made with deep-sea crab, provolone cheese, and garlic aioli on sourdough—along with Hot Honey Buffalo Fries topped with fried chicken, blue cheese dressing, and scallions, each for $10.
Owner Tyler Archibald said the booth, open from 8 a.m. until fair closing from Aug 29 to Sept 6, has become a key draw at the fair.
