- ➤ Rexburg native Cameron Walker has been named Utah State’s athletic director and will start his five-year term on Oct. 6—he replaces Diana Sabau and brings experience from his roles at Tennessee and Utah Valley University. East Idaho News
- ➤ Utah State University has hired Cameron Walker as its new athletic director after a national search lasting several months — Walker is a Rexburg native who worked at Tennessee and UCF — and his appointment was announced by interim president Alan Smith. East Idaho News
