The restaurant, which began 13 years ago in a trailer before moving to Mother Hibbard’s Country Store, prepares its meats a day early and smokes them for several hours—ensuring a tasty flavor.  East Idaho News

  • 8-year-old Clara McNiven of Rexburg won first place in a national composition competition for her piece 'The Girl and Her Bunny'—a work she created through the Let’s Play Music program under instructor Laurie Williams. The charming piece tells a story about a mama bunny and her babies and earned her top honors among all entries.  East Idaho News
