- ➤ A hunter killed a charging grizzly bear in self defense while hunting at North Antelope flats near Island Park in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest on Saturday morning, October 21 — he promptly reported the incident to Fremont County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho Fish and Game. East Idaho News
