- ➤ On Oct 30, BYUI Food Services renamed Soleil to Backroads Soda Shop as it expanded its unified Roads dining brand—adding a fourth option on campus at the Hyrum Manwaring Center that offers customizable drinks, crepes, and pizza for busy students. - ➤ A Rexburg 4-year-old, who was paralyzed from a crash on Sept. 22 and had previously recovered from paralysis, now needs a pacemaker as his heart rate dangerously drops during treatment—his mother said he is bravely fighting his injuries. The family is planning to move closer to specialist care to better manage his high medical needs. East Idaho News
