- ➤ On November 14, Deseret Book in Rexburg hosted a joint book signing featuring four popular Shadow Mountain authors. Julie Wright, Sian Ann Bessey, Rebecca Anderson & Josi S. Kilpack signed their new book releases as fans lined up to meet them. BYU-Idaho Scroll
- ➤ At a Rexburg Area Chamber of Commerce forum held Wednesday, local charities were introduced as part of the new Light the World Giving Machine that will help people in need. The Giving Machine — a project sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — will be in the Hemming Village lobby from Dec. 1 to Dec. 14 and then move to the Grand Teton Mall from Dec. 15 to Jan. 1. - ➤ The City of Rexburg announced a new holiday tradition called Rexburg's N.O.E.L that will feature a night of lights for community celebration this holiday season. City officials said more details including event dates and activities will be released soon. Rexburg Standard Journal

- ➤ Local health officials are hosting free flu shot clinics throughout November across East Idaho—residents can visit these clinics to get vaccinated against the flu. Rexburg Standard Journal
