The Giving Machine celebrating the Light the World campaign opened Monday at noon in Hemming Village and remains available until December 14th for donations to five local charities—city lead Brett Crandall noted this is one of three locations hosting the machine during the season.
It supports local giving and helps extend the church’s well-known initiative in Eastern Idaho.

The Light the World Giving Machines officially opened in Rexburg yesterday when local leaders joined a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the lobby of Hemming Village.
The three machines offer a way to donate to local and global charities until Dec. 14 in Rexburg before moving to Grand Teton Mall, with 100% of donations going directly to selected charities — accepting items like toys, hygiene kits, and meals.
