- ➤ The Cookie Cottage opened its second Rexburg location at 1130 University Boulevard with a drive-thru for gourmet sugar cookies. It is open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will hold a grand opening event on Jan. 20. East Idaho News
